Super Easy Pancake Recipe

These Super Easy Pancakes are a classic breakfast favorite that can be whipped up in no time. Enjoy their fluffy texture and delicious taste to start your day off right!

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

3 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 ¼ cups milk

1 large egg

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Optional toppings: maple syrup, fresh fruits, chocolate chips, etc.

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. It’s okay if the batter is slightly lumpy.

Let the pancake batter rest for about 5 minutes to allow the baking powder to activate.

Meanwhile, preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. If needed, lightly grease the surface with butter or cooking spray.

Once the skillet is hot, pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the surface for each pancake. You can make them larger or smaller depending on your preference.

Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface.

Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.

Transfer the cooked pancakes to a plate and cover them with a clean kitchen towel to keep them warm while you cook the remaining batter.

Repeat steps 6-9 with the remaining batter until you have made all the pancakes.

Serve the Super Easy Pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or chocolate chips.
